JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to ensure the efficient procurement of materials at competitive prices. Primary responsibilities will include vendor identification, negotiation, development and selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities.

-Help maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and performance.

-Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, production, quality, and finance, to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.

Education
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experinece for Specialist and 3-5 years of experience for Assistant Supervisor in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
Knowledge
Knowledge of procurement processes and strategies, market and industry trends, supplier relationship management, risk management and project management; preferably with various categories of purchasing including plastic and electronic components.
Functional Skills

Good English skill
Procurement software (i.e. Oracle), Microsoft Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Negotiation Skills, Ethical Sourcing Skills
