• Follow the established guidelines for nail care and services adhering strictly to the Spa Standards, Protocols, Policies and Procedures.
• Thực hiện nghiêm túc tiêu chuẩn của công ty và nội quy của bộ phận, làm dịch vụ theo tài liệu hướng dẫn của bộ phận.

• Must provide a detailed explanation of all treatment techniques to be used on guest, as well as be comfortable discussing and assessing guest’s requirements and concerns, and anticipating guest’s needs. Provide any additional details or services to go above and beyond the guests’ expectations.

• Tư vấn, tìm hiểu yêu cầu , mục tiêu dịch vụ trước khi phục vụ khách hàng.
• Identify, discuss treatment and products with guests.
• Tư vấn và trao đổi với khách về bài trị liệu và sản phẩm.
• Practice universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and co-workers.
• Sử dụng kỹ năng chăm sóc sức khỏe theo tài liệu tiêu chuẩn quốc tế khi cung cấp dịch vụ cho khách hàng và đồng nghiệp.
• Proper nail painting techniques including French manicure.(apply for nail servicers particularly).
• Có kĩ thuật sơn móng đúng cách. (đối với dịch vụ làm móng).
• Knowledge of nail art application with rhinestones, decals etc. (apply for nail servicers).
• Có kiến thức về ngành nail. (đối với dịch vụ làm móng).
• Must maintain working knowledge of the following tools and equipment: paraffin heater, cuticle nippers, pushers, emery and buffers, hot oil manicure heater, electric mitts, sanitizing equipment, etc.
• Có kiến thức trong việc bảo quản các dụng cụ và trang thiết bị có liên quan đến chuyên ngành nail.
• Must maintain a medical facility grade of cleanliness in the treatment area at all times, practicing all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by any applicable regulations and by the Policies & Procedures.
• Giữ vệ sinh và bảo quản tất cả các thiết bị máy móc tại khu vực spa, công ty theo quy định.
• Maintain treatment areas cleanliness at all times. Practice a “clean as you go” approach to all work areas.
• Giữ vệ sinh khu vực làm trị liệu.
• Must stay current on all relevant certifications as applicable.
• Giữ tất cả các chứng nhận có liên quan.
• Must be comfortable contributing to the development and improvement of treatment procedure.
• Xây dựng để phát triển và cải thiện quá trình trị liệu.
• Responsible for proactively offering and promoting additional spa services and products, return visits as well as retail components that will support the treatment and follow-up suggestions.
• Đưa ra những đề nghị về dịch vụ và sản phẩm đối với những khách quay lại spa để hỗ trợ quá trình trị liệu lâu dài cho khách.
• Must be comfortable answering questions and use proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Giữ thái độ niềm nở chuyên nghiệp với khách.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental grooming standards and dress in full uniform at all times.
• Luôn giữ vẻ ngoài gọn gàng, tươm tất, sạch sẽ phù hợp với môi trường spa.
• Practice professionalism in every situation with co-workers, guests and management, treating each person with respect and integrity.
• Cư xử chuyên nghiệp trong mọi tình huống với đồng nghiệp, khách và quản lý.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Duy trì mối quan hệ khách hàng.
• Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests.
• Tuân thủ các quy định bảo mật thông tin khách hàng.
• Maintain proper record of guest history and preferences.
• Ghi chú lại thông tin cũng như thói quen, sở thích của khách.
• Maintain and practice all safety procedures and protocols.
• Tuân thủ các quy định an toàn trong quá trình làm việc.

• Handle emergency situations with urgency and discretion.

• Xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• High School graduate (preferred).
• Tốt nghiệp phổ thông trung học.

• Complete any legally required accreditation.
• Cung cấp các hồ sơ pháp lý cá nhân theo quy định.

• Demonstrate exceptional grooming and personal attention to detail.
• Bề ngoài diện mạo tươm tất gọn gàng sạch sẽ.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
• Đọc và viết tiếng Việt thông thạo, giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.

• Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Làm việc độc lập và chủ động theo quy định của công ty.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create a professional and comfortable environment for all spa guests and employees.
• Kỹ năng làm việc trong ngành Spa.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond with congenial hospitality.
• Kỹ năng làm việc trong ngành dịch vụ ( phản ứng tốt trước khách hàng, điềm đạm, tự tin).

• Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
• Làm việc có tổ chức, nhiều trách nhiệm và làm việc nhóm tốt.

• Ability to respond to guest’s concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Chuyên nghiệp trong vấn đề giải quyết các mới quan tâm của khách.

• Employee cannot exhibit any known medical conditions that would inhibit performing treatments.
• Không đang sử dụng thuốc có ảnh hưởng đến việc trị liệu khách.

• Employee cannot experience any known allergies/sensitivities to fragrances or cosmetic/spa products (i.e.: essentials oils, mineral oil, peanut oil, etc.).
• Không dị ứng với tinh dầu, muối khoáng, các thành phần liên quan đến ngành spa.

• Health check must pass regarding to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business.
• Giấy chứng nhận khám sức khỏe theo quy định ngành spa.

• Therapist’s Certificate is required regarding to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business.
• Bằng chứng nhận thực hiện nghề theo quy định pháp luật.
