We are looking for the candidate for Specialist - IT Support, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.
Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, and configuring systems and applications.
Perform maintenance facility and network system, including installing, upgrading firmware, and regular backup configuration.

Customer Service Support
Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Can cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done.
Familiarity with protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, and DNS, which are fundamental for network communication.
Ability to design and implement IP addressing schemes and subnetting to optimize network performance and security.
Works collaboratively and functionally with (external) clients. Anticipates and responds to their needs and demands to provide excellent client service and establish effective and long-term sustainable relationships.
