Supply Chain Management Staff (Purchasing)

1. Implement all purchasing procedures in cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including spare parts, materials and manpower.
2. Implement and negotiate with all existing raw material suppliers and sourcing for new suppliers.
3. Track the purchasing request from the related departments.
4. Create Purchase Order and follow up orders.
5. In charge of payment proposals for paying the suppliers.
6. Ensure the purchased commodities are following requested quantity, quality and timely.
7. Implement for all contracts related to purchasing.
8. Responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the purchasing–related documents & records.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Age: From 24 years old

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.

         Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
• Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.

Soft skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
• Good English communication skills.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
