Sourcing & Candidate Outreach (60%)

• Actively source potential candidates through job platforms, socialmedia, and databases.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates against target KPIs.

Interview Coordination (15%)

• Arrange and confirm interview schedules
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Job Posting & Branding (15%)

• Create and promote job postings across various platforms to attracttop talent.
• Assist in designing job advertisements to enhance employer branding.

Candidate Database Management (10%)

• Track and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Maintain organized records to support a data-driven hiring approach

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Senior student or fresh graduate with a background in HR, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Passion for HR and talent acquisition.

• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork mindset.

• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work full-time for 3 consecutive months
