Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to develop job descriptions, requisitions, and sourcing strategies.
Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods to attract active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, partnerships, and brand promotion.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Oversee pre-employment activities such as testing, background checks, and reference verification.
Post and update job openings across various channels, including job boards, social media, colleges, and community boards.
Represent the company at recruitment events (e.g., career fairs) and deliver presentations to increase brand awareness.
Promote employee referral programs and internal opportunities to enhance talent engagement.
Generate offer letters and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries and follow up with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness.
Learning and Development
Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
Partner with managers and HR teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and development programs to support employee growth.
Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain records of learning activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including interviewing, recruitment, and onboarding.
Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs.
Strong knowledge of staffing principles, employment laws, recruitment programs, and learning methodologies.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies is a plus.
Proven ability to communicate and promote an organization’s value proposition effectively.
Exceptional oral and written communication, marketing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management and multi-tasking.
Knowledge of career development planning and talent management is preferred.
