This position is to direct and oversee the transactional operations and strategic talent acquisitions & employer branding of Coherent in Vietnam. The duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Analyzes staffing levels and projections to forecast workforce needs.
- Develops strategies for sourcing and acquiring a workforce that meets the organization’sneeds.
- Establishes an EVP and employment brand that supports recruitment of high-quality jobapplicants.
- Designs and oversees effective strategies for sourcing, recruiting and evaluating qualified jobcandidates.
- Designs and oversees valid and systematic programs for assessing the effectiveness of talentacquisition activities that meet the organization’s needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
- Professional Certificate in HR (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus.
- 8+ years of working experience in Talent Acquisition including 3+ years management/leadership experiene in the field.
- Experience in Hiring Project with high volume of manpower demand.
- Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team
- Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
- Demonstrated talent with critical thinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
