We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s growing needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, referrals, networking events, and headhunting.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Candidate Engagement
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive engagement.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance to managers on market trends, candidate availability, and best hiring practices.
Employer Branding
Actively promote the organization’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, creating compelling job descriptions, and showcasing the company culture.
Ensure consistency in the messaging and promotion of the company’s values and mission.
Metrics and Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes.
Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Skills:
Proven ability to source candidates using various tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency in English | Chinese is preferred
