Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Sales Department:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for Sales Department.
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates.
- Proactively manage the full cycle of mass recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Make a long-term strategy and annual plan for Sales recruitment (mass & non-mass).
- Carry out employer branding activities in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool. Mirae Asset Finance Company.
- Be responsible for recruit and manage Talent Acquisition team for Sales department.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting Sales all levels for finance/banking industry is an advantage
- Strong at candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Strong at database management and record-keeping
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Open-minded and willing to learn
