Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Team Lead to join our team at EIY. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telesales who are eager to lead a team while actively engaging in sales activities. The Telemarketing Team Lead will be responsible for setting KPIs, managing team performance, and reporting to upper management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while developing leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise the telemarketing team to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
· Actively make telesales calls to potential customers interested in EIY’s courses.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
· Train, mentor, and provide continuous coaching to telesales team members.
· Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
· Set and track KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance, customer interactions, and sales conversion rates.
· Collaborate with other departments to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in telesales or customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
· Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
· Leadership: Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Customer-Centric: Ability to build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs.
· Industry Knowledge: Experience in the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
