Make calls out based on available lists which provided by Kasikorn Bank (KBank) to consult and convince customers about KBank’s products as: Personal loan, Credit card, Digital lending etc.
Answering questions, product information and solving customers' problems.
Guide customers on the process of registering products of the Bank and collect information and documents relating to customers' credit needs.
Follow up and support customer during time that customer apply the loan / card.
Build up strategy to achieve sales target.
Daily reporting to manager about daily sales activities.
Comply with the Bank's regulations on service quality & product policy.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or College in any related fields.
1-3 years of experience at Telesales position.
Have experience in Digital lending is a plus
Have knowledge about Banking and Finance.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
