1. Recruitment

- Post jobs of all levels on recruitment website, shortlist intern candidates and send to hiring manager, interview 1st round & send offer if candidate pass the interview.

2. Training

- Design invitation, certificate, support to organization.

- Take photographs of training to EB if needed.

3. Employee engagement:

- Design invitation, sign-up link on system.

- Design and consolidate surveys after activities.

- Take photographs of activities and create clips (if needed) to EB.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University/College 3-year student in HR management, Business Administration, ...

- Good at communication English.

- Working full time at least 02 days/week in 6 months

- Careful and keep confidentiality

- Teamwork, Hard-working

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop/ Canva…
