Consults with HR Factories to agree priorities and supports the development and implementation of specific initiatives and projects ensuring alignment with HR objective.
Uses metrics, reporting and data to enable analysis Compensation and Benefits trends.
Drives the consistent delivery of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures.
Develops and maintains compensation and benefits policies and guidelines, ensuring cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, legal compliance.
Manage provision of all benefits and associated providers
Ensure our Reward and Recognition platform is up to date with the correct and relevant information.
Informs, gives advice and consults stakeholders on trends in Benefits programmes.
Manages the process of grade allocation for new roles and review existing roles using job evaluation; trains those internally who need to use the framework
Plan and implement employee’s relation program
Any others ad-duties assigned when required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same position, with a total of at least 7 years of experience in HR functions.
Manufacturing experience is a must
Bachelor's degree
Can manage multiple projects and initiatives, delivers work on time and within budget
