Tracking labdip orders

The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:

Ø Receiving customer’s labdip orders via email.

Ø Placing orders for LAB, confirm delivery date for customer via email

Ø Following Labdip status, working with Lab team to make sure that labdip orders can be shipped on time and meet customer’s requirement.

Ø Arranging labdip shipment and provide tracking bill for customer.

Ø Checking, responding to all customer inquiries on time

Ø Coordinating with related departments to complete the job well

Ø Other related works if have any requirements.

- Graduated College/ university
- 1-2 years experience
- Hard working, communication skills
- SAP skills (will be trained)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good at English/ Chinese
