• Develop and implement trade promotions for category, distribution channels, and target customers according to the allocated budget. • Create related support policies and allocate promotions for customer/shopper to avoid channel conflict. • Evaluate trade campaign that provide data & suggestion to improve trade promotion campaign. • Market research & market visit to review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor’s actions and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan (Sales / Marketing / Trade) for each channel / region. • Closely work with sales teams, distribution partners to get field inputs and make local plans for execution if necessary. • Well follow through to steer trade MKT activities to ensure quality execution & better results. • Lead PG team to implement trade activation activities. • Guide, manage agencies to fully execute aligned trade MKT activities. • Cross functional communication, coordination & integration internally to facilitate key projects moving forward. • Collect MKT intelligence for analysis, feedback BOD and make suggestions to take actions if any. • POSM creations & management. • Monitor / Coach/ Train for team member to align the Trade team towards the business objectives.
