Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate. Manager, Manufacturing, you will:
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
• Comply the Company Regulations and Policies, Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines.
• Supervise and ensure the KPI’s are performed and met during each shift.
• Engage and provide the training and coaching to employees to improve the education and awareness.
• Report immediately if any issue during the management shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Comply the Company Regulations and Policies, Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines.
· Monitor the working hours and overtime of employees to comply with Labor Laws, CSR and meet the budget.
· Provide PPE and ensure employees to understand and comply PPE as requirement. Report immediately if any unsafe or nearmiss risks.
· Enhance 5S activities to improve workplace organization and environment.
· Schedule and arrange the shifts and headcounts weekly and monthly.
· Receive and deploy production plan to subodinates, execute and supervise the production activities, commit the daily plans and KPIs are met.
· Ensure to comply Production Specification and Work Instructions.
· Control quality at the source, apply Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys tools to analyse the reject rate, determine the root causes to approach, implement the corrective and preventive actions.
· Identify the potential wastes and apply Lean manufacturing to optimize processes, eliminate wastes and costs.
· Manage WIP through daily cycle count to improve the inventory accuracy.
· Support the team to solve the problems, decide the specific solutions to close the management gaps.
· Report timely and accuracy, specially OTIF at ERP system.
· Coordinate with relative departments to improve the workflow.
· Communicate effectively to deliver expectation goals and KPI’s to employees.
· Measure and appraise the performance evaluation of employees according to KPI’s agreement.
· Enhance education improvement and awareness through training and coaching to employees.
· Willing to take the additional assignments from Manager.
Education:
• College / University degree.
Job Experience:
• 2 years experience in Shift Leader or Manufacturing Supervisor, managing teams of over 50 employees.
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong analysis, Strong Problem-Solving Skills and investigation capabilities
• Good English skill
• Flexible to work in shift as required

· Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule (3 shifts)
