· Planning and implementation for whole Cartridge replacement and Happy call/Referral activities to support all of sales/marketing segment to reach company target.
· Monitor daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed
· Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers
· Work closely with CRM/Operation team to improve workflow as well as report dashboard effectively
· Support Marketing in customer survey progam
· Proactive co-operate with Marketing to build up effective campaign for increasing cartridge replacement naturally
· Take care of customer, maintain good relationship to increase customer satisfaction.
· Calculate and allocate suitable scope of work for team member and ensure the manpower plan can meet the EU data base growth
· Coaching customer service/soft skill for team member
· Do weekly/monthly/yearly report as required
Other tasks are assigned by direct manager
· University graduate
· Have at least 3 years as Customer Service Leader role
· Good communication/negotiation skill
· Teamwork spirit
· Good leadership skill
· Can work with heavy workload in the rush time
Can use English in writing/report
