Control operations budget of Direct Sales Division Manage and control activity of Sales Teams under Direct Sales Division Prepare sales communications: announce and update bonus scheme policy (for field sales channels), process, product, selling information Manage sales quality control of sales field channels, plan to review, carry out reports, supervise to overcome issues by many different operations so as to minimize errors of sales agents Compose, update, adjust and issue documents regulating the sequences and work content including Regulation on organization and operation of Direct Sales Division. Build, set up, control and manage all operational activities of Unit such as Recruiting, coaching, training, motivating and engagement Manage internal payment of Sales and commission payment of partners Manage all supporting activities for Direct Sales channels: prepare timesheet, create/deactivate/update code of sales agent on selling systems of VPB SMBC FC Prepare periodic sales reports of Unit and undertake others tasks assigned by line manager
