1. Manage and be in charge of importing goods periodically
- Monitoring statistics, collating data, making periodic or unscheduled amount of imported goods as required from relevant departments.
- Work closely with vendors and customs officer to ensure a smooth importing process.
2. Manage and update inventory of goods periodically
- Performing data tracking operations with warehouse management software and make inventory report periodically to avoid a sudden lack of goods.
3. Manage all warehouses, including warehouses in other provinces (if any)
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics vendors to ensure a smooth rotation and delivery of goods.
- Manage and control all the related vendors in the warehousing and ex-warehousing process: packing orders, handing over goods to customers, labelling the products, arranging and preserving goods in the warehouse in accordance with regulations (ensuring safety for goods not being damaged, lost,….).
- Handling problems arising in the warehousing and ex-warehousing process: redundancy, lack of goods, arising of faulty goods, special management goods, late delivery etc.
4. Prepare and submit registration dossiers for company’s products
- Work closely with vendors to prepare and submit registration dossiers for company’s product notification, advertising license (if needed).
- Manage and update company’s products related documents in case of any changes.
5. Cooperate actively with other departments if requested
- Receive, check documents and information required warehousing - delivery according to regulations from the relevant departments.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD (if necessary)
Education and Experience
- Diploma of university degree or higher, major in Administration/Management preferred.
- Having professional experience in multi-level marketing/cosmetic/functional food company or in related disciplines is preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competences (if any)
- The person must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, with previous an operation experience of managing warehouse and distribution, manage the people, including the ability to carry out personnel evaluations, set performance target, and ability to manage change.
- The person will also be client facing therefore excellent communication and customer service skills are needed as well as the ability to solve problems, negotiations and make decisions, and offer creative solutions.
- The person must have a logical and systematic approach to work as well as having some degree of IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data.
- Good management and operation skills to ensure operation of warehouse and distribution are in the good performance.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with other teams.
