- Responsible for putting into Commercial Operation (COD) 250 – 300MWp (scale can be changed) rooftop solar power

- Propose the project implementation plan, the process of managing subordinates (including the Project Manager, employees, subcontractors, etc...) after receiving full information from the Board of Directors & departments related (design department, project development department, etc.)

- Collect requirements from customers, development department and define the scope of the project in collaboration with BOD

- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project

- Provide accurate budget and cost to management for quotation submission

- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

- Plan training as appropriate to the project team members if needed

- Manage project team in accordance to the established policies and practices of the organization

- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project

- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

- Write reports on the project (weekly progress summary and monthly project cost tracking) for BOD and stakeholders based on the reporting format prescribed

- Communicate with customers, and ensure flow of information to the relevant teams in a timely manner to meet customers’ expectations and requirements

- Monitor project progress and schedule and ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

- Ensure proper closure of the project and close all outstanding issues

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by BOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-        Having passion in renewable energy

-        Willingly to learn and taking challenges, perseverance, persistence with the goal

-        Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to Electrical

-         More than 3-year working experiences as Project Manager position in Solar PV system, solar farm, wind or other practice.

-        Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, strong project management knowledge

-        Ability to make informed decisions in a quick and agility

-        Good at English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)

-        Advanced language skills in English (both spoken and written) is a MUST

-        Strong leadership skills and ability to positively influence others to achieve results of the projects.

-        Strong organizational, planning and problem - solving skill
