A - Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
B - Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficiency in English (MUST)
- Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms
- Knowledge of candidates' assessment methods
- Results orientation: the ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills
