Tenant Experience: Deliver impeccable hospitality services, promptly addressing needs, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.
Community Building: Innovate tenant experiences, crafting a vibrant community through engaging initiatives.
Rental Collection: Ensure seamless rent collection, maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
Viewing and Sales: Showcase properties persuasively, aiding in successful tenant acquisitions and sales efforts.
Marketing: Develop and implement strategies that attract potential tenants, enhancing property visibility.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, collaborating with teams for timely maintenance solutions.
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in industries such as real estate, commercial property, hospitality (hotels/restaurants), insurance, and related sectors.
