Responsibilities:

• Location: District 9, Thu Duc, HCM
• Tenant Experience: Deliver impeccable hospitality services, promptly addressing needs, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.
• Community Building: Innovate tenant experiences, crafting a vibrant community through engaging initiatives.
• Rental Collection: Ensure seamless rent collection, maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
• Viewing and Sales: Showcase properties persuasively, aiding in successful tenant acquisitions and sales efforts.
• Marketing: Develop and implement strategies that attract potential tenants, enhancing property visibility.
• Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, collaborating with teams for timely maintenance solutions.
• Tenant Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals, prioritizing tenant relationships and retention.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Build strong tenant relationships, resolving queries and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate in English fluently.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in industries such as real estate, commercial property, hospitality (hotels/restaurants), insurance, and related sectors.
• People person.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Passionate about community building.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional living experience.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours and location.
• Doesn’t mind traveling across HCMC (travel expenses claimable).
