Sale out data report audit to ensure their data is accuracy Customer Care: OTIF improvement Digitalize of OTIF fundamental eg: set up OTIF in Power BI Deep dive and DO analyze by channel, by Key customers need to be focus in 2023 Work closely with distributors to ensure accuracy data before submitting it’s to regional Customer Care deployment strategies from Regional and Customer Care VN Set up the Customer Care template, framework in Vietnam. Induct and deploy Customer Care KPIs to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with commercial team to execute the Joint Business Plan with Customers at least quarterly basis.
