Job Description

RegenX, a start-up in regenerative and carbon farming, is looking for a Farmer Support Executive (full-time, hybrid work arrangement).

As part of our business growth, we’re looking for a motivated professional to join our teams.

The work arrangement is full-time and hybrid: we sync up offline twice a week in HCMC where everyone brings their agenda for discussion so we can make informed, fast decisions.

Outside of these meetings, you are free to work remotely, choosing the arrangement that best suits your style and maximizes productivity. Here is some more specific information about the role.

The main “Job-To-Be-Done” is:

● Follow up with RegenX farmers and provide timely and personalized support

This typically includes activities like:

● Outbound: proactively call RegenX farmers to check-in, ensure they are engaging in the right farming practices and help them keep their farming records up to date

● Inbound: take calls and requests for support from RegenX farmers who need assistance throughout our program

● Farmer support may be done through other communication channels like Zalo (Vietnam), WhatsApp (other countries), or other relevant communication channels

● Support material production: produce bite-sized content in the local language to best assist farmers in certain key regenerative practices - generally done in coordination with other teams who have agronomic expertise

● Escalate technical requests for troubleshooting to the agronomy team when necessary

● Collect feedback from RegenX farmers to improve our programs

● Contribute in updating our Farmer Success operating procedures

● Coordinate across teams to continuously improve the quality of the service we provide to farmers

Job Requirement

Skills and background we are looking for:

● 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

● Experience in communicating and working with farmers

● Proven experience in customer care/service

● Interest in agriculture

● Background in agronomy, agri-related science and/or data analytics is a plus

General terms and conditions of the job

● Full time

● 13 months salary, PVI insurance, BHXH based on full month salary, laptop (after probation) and AI tooling, unlimited leaves, hybrid work arrangement

● What’s hybrid work? We meet offline twice a week in HCMC (Vietnam), the rest is remote

● You may have to travel within Vietnam from time to time to directly meet with farmers and/or partners to build farmer and customer-centric tech solutions
