1. Manage budget & expenses of Marketing
Understand the overall cost center management procedure Understand the all process related to MKT team. Create purchasing requests Track monthly Marketing expenses Track monthly Marketing accruals & actuals 2. Admin tasks
Manage MKT team timesheet Manage / make approval of MKT team member business trip Assist Marketing Teams on marketing activities Handle administration tasks for marketing team such as: making A&P, payments, contracts.... Get guide from Marketing Team to work with cross functions to send supported documents on product registration / product advertising. Assist to support Master database of Marketing Team (Product/Agency and Vendor List) Update change on Agency Master database in the system. Post payment for MKT team and follow up with cross function until it done. Assist in the promotion planning monthly and quarterly Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assignment. 3. Report
Support Marketing Team for closing documents (if requested) Preparing monthly/quarterly reports if requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University or Colleges degree in business, finance, marketing, or computer science At least 02 years of experience working in admin/ cost control from FMCG industry. Good skills on Microsoft Office, plus experience of learning to use new IT systems quickly Good skills on tasks prioritization & details focus Good in English skills Have knowledge of SAP system
