PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Ensure good in-house service at a high standard with high cost-effectiveness as well as served smoothly, timely.
- Promote Environment & Sustainability Behavior & Culture
- Lead and collaborate continuous improvement activities regarding brewery services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Gardening
- Control gardening supplier for working plan, inspection, contract, payment
- Improve gardening status, control budget
- Site check
- Control related document (preparing for audit ISO and internal audit)
Cleaning
- Control cleaning services in brewery (include general and cleaning at height) for working plan, inspection, contract, payment
- Improve cleaning quality and methods, control budget
- Site check
- Control related document (preparing for audit ISO and internal audit)
Organize events
- Support brewery tours
- Organize events in brewery (pray, Tet charity, townhall, 8/3; 20/10; parties…)
- Control budget, payments
- Prepare documents, presentation, contact to external authorities.
Canteen manage
- Prepares daily meal order data for canteen suppliers, accounting for regular meals and additional orders due to overtime/shift work
- Control canteen suppliers for meal quality, cleaning, payment
- Arrange toxic allowance for employees
Transportation & accommodation
- Arrange business travel for employees of departments, including transportation and accommodation.
- Pay for business expenses, hotels and air tickets after departments go on business trips.
- Carrying out the work of applying for foreign visas, temporary residence registration, etc. for BOD and Company employees.
Other services
- Allocate, retrieve and manage uniforms for employees.
- Manage correspondence and documents
- Serving water, facilities, stationery…
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resourses, English or related areas
Experiences/skills
- At least 1 year of experience in administrator or officer
Functional Competency:
- Knowledge of administration management principles, sustainability
- Knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools
- Knowledge in ISO management system
Digital Competency:
- PC literacy (word, excel, power point, Power BI etc.)
Leadership Competency:
- People Management: Good at teamwork, leadership
- Leadership Competency:
o Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and presentation skill
o Communication/ interpersonal skill/ organization skill
o Result-driven i/o Achievement-orientation.
