1/ Lease Contract Management

• To make and monitor the budget of tenant sales and rental fee.
• To negotiate and renew the contracts with the current tenants.
• To manage the contracts.

2/ Planning and implementation for getting SC other income

• To make and monitor the budget of SC other income
• To plan and implement the short term event
• To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
• To manage the contracts.

3/ Planning and implementation of sales promotions

• To make and monitor the budget of sales promotions.
• To plan and implement sales promotions.
• To communicate with the store managers of each tenants

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University Degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command in English
• Good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.
