1.Developing and maintaining relationships with customers: KAM is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, which involves regular communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
2.Understanding the key account's business and needs: KAMs must have a deep understanding of AIOT businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points. This allows KAMs to provide customized solutions that address the key account's specific needs.
3.Focus on customer inventory and sales management, build management system
4.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: KAMs are responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within their key accounts, such as new products or services that the company can offer.
5.Coordinating with internal teams: KAMs work closely with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that their key accounts receive the best possible service and support.
1. At least 3 years working experience.
