About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the CEO of Stimulai in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
-Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and document preparation.
-Assist in hiring and recruitment of employees
-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
-Manage and prioritize tasks delegated by the CEO to ensure timely completion.
-Maintain organized records of key business information and documentation.
-Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
-Perform research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
-Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English Fluency).
-Proficiency in office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
-Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
