AutoCAD Drafter and Project Support

Responsibilities

Must be able to create detailed furniture/partition office drawings in a timely manner

Coordinate with the factory to draft and produce accurate and effective CAD drawings

Site visit to verify, confirm the actual dimensions and site conditions before proceed with the layout plan or technical drawing.

Receive brief from Sale/Customer. Caculating the volumn (BOM) of the material

Expected to communicate effectively with clients and make revisions to drawings as necessary

Extended support for Projects in Malaysia to assist on the partition layout plan and technical drawing when required

Attend project site meetings as well as technical meetings with Sales & Project Team

Monitor the progress, cost and quality of the construction works; ensures it complies with the standard required by the company.

E-filing and general administrative works.

Good communication Skills and able to handle customer complaints and feedback

Manage, supervise the unloading, loading the materials & installation at site when required

Report to Manager in Charge and Project Director

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

Experience in the furniture and partitions industry is a plus

Proficiency in AutoCAD( 0-3 years experience) as well as  Microsoft Office programs.

Able to read and understand the Interior drawings.

Creative in problem solving, Good interpersonal skills and well organized

Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Willing to work overtime and travel to other provinces or overseas when required

Good communication skill, English’s level should be from intermediate ( Regularly working with overseas factory, only writing and reading skill)
