Report to: Growth Director.
Location : 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Responsibilities:
1. Brand Building & Development:
Define and implement the brand strategy, ensuring a consistent image across all platforms. Develop and manage brand concept, visual direction, and storytelling, ensuring strong positioning and differentiation. Guide the brand’s aesthetic and style based on fashion trends and consumer behavior. Work with the design team to develop visuals, lookbooks, and fashion campaigns aligned with the brand’s identity. Conduct market research on competitors and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning. 2. Brand Planning & Execution:
Develop marketing plans and brand growth strategies for different phases. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and influencer channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs. Manage the brand’s marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. 3. Portfolio Management & Product Strategy:
Develop and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demand and profitability. Work closely with the product team to define collections, material selections, and trend directions. Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring brand consistency and quality. 4. P&L Management & Business Growth:
Oversee brand revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. Monitor P&L performance and optimize pricing, promotions, and costs for sustainable growth. Develop strategies to drive sales and expand the market. 5. Technology Integration in Branding & Fashion:
Explore and implement technology in branding, marketing, and product development to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on digital trends, AI, and automation to improve customer experience.

II. Requirements:
1. Compulsory:
Extensive knowledge of high fashion, style, and aesthetics. Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, KOLs, influencers). Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to define brand concepts and visual direction. English proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinking: Strong ability to analyze market trends and data to develop optimal strategies. 2. As a big plus if:
P&L management skills, with experience in optimizing revenue, costs, and brand profitability. A technology-driven mindset with the ability to integrate tech solutions into branding, marketing, and fashion retail.
