In your role as Brand Marketing Manager at Diag, you will play a critical role in growing our brand with the authentic influence of healthcare professionals and services. Your primary focus on social media and leveraging doctor recommendations to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty to align with business goals and brand essence:
Brand Consistency Across Channels: Ensure that messaging around brand communication is consistent across all media channels and the integration of healthcare professional endorsements throughout the customer journey, reinforcing trust, credibility, positioning and maintaining a unified brand voice.
Social Media & Community Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to build brand equity and amplify doctor recommendations and testimonials, creating compelling content that resonates with consumers and builds trust through medical advisors, content creators, and healthcare professionals to produce informative and engaging content (e.g., livestreaming, gamification, videos, posts, infographics) that highlights the benefits of Diag services.
Social Listening & Feedback: Monitor social media channels to understand public perception and sentiment around Diag and the category. Use feedback to optimize campaigns and respond to customer questions or concerns.
Healthcare Professionals & Consumers KOLs/KOCs endorsement: Be a bridge between key healthcare influencers, KOLs/KOCs and consumers to drive brand credibility across social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Zalo).
Campaign Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze the performance of campaigns on consumer behavior, trust, and purchasing decisions. Provide actionable insights to continuously improve ATL and social media strategies.
Initiatives to expand comm. channels:Explore new channels of communication with test and learn to understand platforms/channels themselves, driving initiatives of content to maximize brand coverage across relevant channels
Internal Branding: Be MKT champion in collaborating with HR for internal branding engagement and new product launch
Compliance & Medical Accuracy: Ensure all campaigns featuring doctor recommendations adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines in the healthcare industry. Work closely with legal and medical compliance teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with a strong background in integrating healthcare or doctor-driven endorsements into ATL and social media campaigns.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field;
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and the role of doctor recommendations in consumer decision-making.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools, with a focus on creating content that leverages expert endorsements to drive engagement, trust, and credibility.
Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong creative mindset combined with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize future initiatives.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple campaigns, and deadlines.
Medical & Regulatory Compliance: Experience navigating compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing, ensuring all doctor recommendations and endorsements meet industry standards
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with internal teams (marketing, digital, content, legal) and external partners (doctors, influencers, medical spokespeople) to execute integrated campaigns.
