SUMMARY

  • Job Title: Business Development Manager
  • Work Experience: 3 – 10 years of working experience in the role of Business Development, preferably experience in Healthcare or Advertising industry.
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Academic Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Medical/Pharma background is a plus.

ROLES

The Business Development Manager cultivates relationships right across the industry, opening business development opportunities for the company. This role reports to the Account Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivating relationships right across the industry, opening business development opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships across the industry to open new business development opportunities.
  • Actively engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.
  • Conduct account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development activities.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
  • Managing the sales lifecycle process from first meeting to client signing, handover to Account Management team, account expansion, and renewals.
  • Work closely with the product development team to develop new business solutions.
  • Collaborate with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and align business solutions accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in healthcare solution selling is an added advantage.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence the outcome. 
  • A good team player and demonstrated ability to work with different departments and regions. 
  • Resourceful and creative thinking. 
  • Goal-focused.
