Job Summary:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. This
individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement strategies to increase
sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
o Identify and Cultivate Opportunities: Utilize market research, networking, and outreach efforts to identify and
cultivate new business opportunities aligned with our sales objectives.
o Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers
and influencers within target industries.
o Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue
generation and market penetration.
o Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for
expansion.
o Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, proposals, and presentations tailored to
the needs of prospective clients.
o Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
o Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and
identify areas for improvement.
o Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote
our brand and services.
o Team Support: Provide support and guidance to the business development team to ensure alignment with
organizational objectives and targets.
o Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
o Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
o Skillful project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of
stakeholders.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software/tools.
o Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during the competition periodwith a diverse range of
stakeholders.

Working mode: offline & online
Working period:
• Offline working schedule:
o Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
o Saturday, 9:00am-12:00pm
• Remote working schedule:
o Saturday, 13:00-18:00pm
