Primary Objective:
The Clinic Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging, advising, and supporting clients with the clinic's services. The primary objective is to increase sales by recommending appropriate therapies and service packages that align with the clients' needs, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming Clients:
- Welcome patients and clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
- Assist clients with registration and the completion of necessary paperwork.
Appointment Management:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Inform patients of any pre-appointment requirements and ensure they are fully prepared.
Consultation and Information Support:
- Advise clients on the clinic’s services and therapies, helping them choose services that best suit their personal needs.
- Clearly introduce and explain the clinic’s service packages, promotional programs, and payment policies.
- Provide pre- and post-service customer care, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients.
Supporting the Treatment Process:
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the patient’s treatment process runs smoothly.
- Guide patients through the facility and assist them in navigating between different treatment areas.
Patient Information Management:
- Maintain and secure patient information in accordance with medical confidentiality regulations.
- Update patient records after each treatment and ensure information accuracy.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent customer care skills.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good English communication skills (mandatory requirement).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly advise and explain services.
- Persuasive sales skills and proven ability to close deals.
