You will also act as the Member of Customer Service Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Hardline Manager in managing the day-to-day in Customer Services tasks.
Receive sample, assign new identification numbers and input related data into the system.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to get confirmation.
Take sample photos and prepare subcontract forms to send to other departments (Softline, Chemical…) and oversea (if applicable).
Input relevant information to SAP for Invoicing purposes.
Communicate with other labs to receive test results. Review, type and send test reports to customers.
Maintain and input activity reports for each job or task.
Prepare document for Finance department to release invoices.
E-filing (scan) all related documents.
Send Invoices to customers and follow up on debt with customers.
Prepare payment request forms for subcontractors (including courier services, third-party testing labs…).
Monitor and follow up on the status of all submission with customers (such as pending, additional sample required, verbal results…).
Other tasks as assigned by Lab Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
Fresh graduates or candidates with approximately 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of testing processes and familiarity with ISO 17025 is an added advantage.
English communication skill with a B-level or its equivalent.
Result- and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
A proactive team player, capable of working independently on challenging projects and meeting tight deadlines.
