Lead operations & safety reporting and analysis regularly (weekly, monthly). Regularly track All performance KPIs, CCT and CAPEX (including implementation) for all the sites. Utilize and update the operation/safety dashboards and finance dashboard for monthly MOR. Assist in developing and consolidating the yearly budget including the target setting consolidation and upload into the system. Assist senior managers with review and reporting processes. Do other administrative work as required like making power point presentations, templates, trackers, follow-up of key actions points from MORs, etc. Work at: B12 Kho Tiến Nga, Khu phố Tân Cảng, Phường Phước Tân, Biên Hòa, Đồng Nai.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Management. At least 1-2 years experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent. Good in numbers, and analytical thinking. Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint. Good at English Communication.
