Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support company objectives.
Create engaging ad content, including graphics, videos, and ad copy, tailored to target audience segments .
Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.
Design and implement social media content strategies, with a strong focus on Facebook, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate to produce compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
Manage and optimize landing pages and website content to ensure a seamless user experience and improve conversion rates.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign communication.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing Facebook Ads and creating engaging content.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, …) and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of web design principles and experience in optimizing landing pages for conversion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: 16M-22M VND
