Mô tả Công việc

· Formulate and execute integrated digital strategies including, but not limited to, websites, SEO/SEM, email, social media, direct marketing and display advertising tools, to propel online traffic, engagement, and conversions across all brands and Ecommerce channel

· Develop a clear content strategy relevant to each digital channel & targeted audience

· Supervise and optimize the digital performance execution across all digital channels for all brands to meet commercial KPIs and drive sales

· Explore innovative digital marketing opportunities, and develop new channels to effectively reach target audiences.

· Lead the development of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other Martech tools to elevate customer experiences and steer personalized marketing strategies.

· Monitor marketing spending on digital channels, as well as measure and report ROI of all digital marketing campaigns

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Digital/ E-commerce.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing at management roles, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry. Prefer candidates with ecommerce background.

· Excellent understanding of all digital marketing tools and customer behavior on each of them

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with high ROI

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate

· Ability to take initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.

· Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
