The Digital Performance MKT Supervisor role will develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on driving lead generation, sales, and brand awareness for our KFC Vietnam brands. You will be a crucial player in optimizing our marketing budget and ensuring a solid return on investment (ROI) for our marketing efforts.
Reporting directly to the Martech Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives of KFC Vietnam, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth; Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across channels such as PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing; Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights for optimization; Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency; Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI; Monitor campaign spending and adjust budgets as needed to optimize performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals; Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement; Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.

Professional Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology.
Must have at least five years of experience in Digital Performance with a track record of driving measurable results.
Have a good experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Have an excellent understanding of SEO best practices and organic search strategies.
Competent in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Key Experiences:
Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
