We are seeking E-commerce Sales Leader with the following key responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annual), including revenue targets, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, website, etc.).
Forecast sales performance based on historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure sales targets and optimal inventory management.
Monitor and optimize shop performance: traffic, conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), return rate, ensuring revenue maximization.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement platform advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search, TikTok Ads, …) and optimize Ads spending.
Manage inventory planning, ensuring appropriate stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Track order fulfillment status, ensuring smooth processing, monitoring shipping lead time, return rate, and improving customer shopping experience.
Work closely with the e-commerce platforms to negotiate promotions and participate in platform-supported campaigns.
Train and oversee the direct sales team, ensure high-quality customer engagement and conversion optimization.
Coordinate with the design & content team to optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and videos for better engagement.
Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio) to track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.), including operation fee, ranking mechanisms, and advertising tools.
Experience in sales planning and sales forecasting, ensuring optimal stock levels and revenue growth.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, CRM) to monitor sales performance.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret key e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, ROI, AOV, CR, CPC, CPO and develop strategies for improvement.
Experience in working with logistics & 3PL partners to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with graphic design & content editing tools like Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
Passion for automotive technology and car accessories is a plus.
