Order Fulfillment:
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Implement strategies to minimize order processing times and reduce errors.
Inventory Management:
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with procurement and product teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Logistics and Shipping:
- Coordinate with shipping partners and carriers to optimize shipping processes.
- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to minimize costs.
- Implement strategies to improve shipping speed and reduce transit times.
Customer Service:
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Implement customer service standards and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
- Address customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
Returns Management:
- Develop and manage the returns process, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
- Analyze returns data to identify trends and implement strategies to minimize returns.
Platform Management:
- Work closely with the e-commerce platform team to ensure the website is functional and optimized for a positive customer experience.
- Implement updates and improvements to the e-commerce platform based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations.
- Generate regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
- Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, shipping laws, and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain product and service standards.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the e-Commerce space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-Commerce initiatives with other business function
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a management role in E-commerce Operations.
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems: Proficient in systems (knowing about Haravan is an advantage).
- Knowledge of data management: Know about PowerBI, Google Data Studio.
