      Mô tả Công việc

      1. Đọc các bản vẽ kỹ thuật để hiểu cấu trúc và chức năng của sản phẩm, sau đó kiểm tra và đánh giá chất lượng của mẫu sản phẩm/ Review technical drawings to understand the structure and function of the product, then check and evaluate the sample quality.
      2. Tra cứu thông tin về vật liệu và các thay đổi kỹ thuật trong hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu sản phẩm (Windchill)/ Retrieve information on materials and technical changes from the product data management system (Windchill).
      3. Tạo tài liệu PNPS (Product Node Process Sheet) và liên kết nó với số PN (Part Number) của sản phẩm/ Create a PNPS (Product Node Process Sheet) document and link it to the product's PN (Part Number).
      4. Kiểm tra và đánh giá sản phẩm mẫu sau khi hoàn thành giai đoạn sản xuất thử nghiệm/ Inspect and assess the sample after completing the trial production phase.
      5. Soạn thảo các tài liệu DR (Design Review) cho tất cả các công đoạn và thay đổi trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm/ Draft the DR (Design Review) document for all stages and changes in the product development process.
      6. Thiết kế các bảng mạch điện tử (PWB) hoặc mô hình 3D cho các thành phần cơ khí và điện/ Design switch PWBs, main PWBs, or 3D models for mechanical and electrical components.
      7. Quản lý danh mục vật liệu (BOM) và theo dõi các chi phí liên quan đến sản phẩm, đặc biệt là chi phí FC (Fixed Costs)/ Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) and track the costs related to the product, especially Fixed Costs (FC).
      8. Thực hiện và quản lý các thay đổi trong thiết kế kỹ thuật hoặc quy trình sản xuất/ Implement and manage changes in the technical design or production process.
      9. Theo dõi số lượng vật liệu cần thiết và giám sát tiến độ của các giai đoạn sản xuất thử/ Monitor the required material quantities and track the progress of the trial production stages.
      10. Lên kế hoạch và quản lý lịch trình các thử nghiệm DHF (Design History File) để đảm bảo đánh giá đúng chuẩn/ Develop and manage the DHF (Design History File) test schedule to ensure evaluations are done according to standards.

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành điện hoặc tương đương. Graduated Electrical major from a university or equivalent.

      • TOEIC > 600 hoặc tiếng Nhật N3. TOEIC > 600 or Japanese N3 level.

      • Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office, Orcad, Altinum, PLC, Micro-control.... Proficient in Microsoft Office, 

      • Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, báo cáo. Team work & report skill
