The position
This role reports to the Director of People & Organization (P&O). You will support the P&O Director in coordinating internal and external learning activities. You will be in charge of planning, execution, documentation, reporting, cost calculation, and follow-up on learning activities to ensure competency development.
- Training: Assist the P&O Director in developing learning strategies and core curriculum: Design training manuals and aids; Deliver and monitor the implementation of competency frameworks, ensuring timely completion; Identify common training needs and implement functional trainings; Additionally, promote the image of NN as a desirable employer and provide development support and advice to the Management team; Co-ordinating and co-facilitating Learning Programmes and IDP workshop;
- Development: Deliver, monitor the implementation of competency frameworks to ensure employee use it appropriately and complete it in the system on time.
- Identifying common training needs, designing and implementing (either as lead/ support) leadership & functional trainings for the success of the function & business.
- Competency Assessment: Contribute to the implementation of new competency frameworks for individual functions
- As an HR Business Partner to Sales Department: Analysis, identification and understanding of the needs of the management team and Business Units regarding training and development aspects.
