Full Stack Engineer (Vietnam)

About the Role:

As a Full Stack engineer in Ampotech Vietnam, you will support the product team with the development of the AmpoCloud IoT platform, including applications for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end and back-end development and will have experience working with teams to deliver and maintain enterprise-level software.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and enhance Ampotech’s IoT platform using AWS/Azure cloud components.

· Front end development to modify layout and data visualization based on customer requirements and feedback.

· Work with the Vietnam team and software engineering team in Singapore office to adapt software for the Vietnamese market.

· Support current IoT infrastructure and projects.

· Configure and validate Ampotech’s IoT hardware devices (sensors, meters, gateways) during project deployment.

· Assist with troubleshooting device connectivity and data acquisition issues.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in electronics & telecommunications, information technology, mathematics, or information security;

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing web applications;

· Proficiency in Java, Python and/or other programming languages;

· Experience with IoT applications, including data processing, device management, and data management

· Familiarity with sensors, meters, BMS systems, and SCADA systems is a plus;

· Knowledge of common IoT protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, LoRa, and BACnet is a plus;

· Familiarity with Linux, computer networks, databases, and cybersecurity;

· Excellent communication skills and a team player;

· Ability to work independently, proactively, and result-driven.
