Mô tả Công việc

I. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for accounting entries and controlling accounting documents.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Record purchase and sales invoices for LX and CS.

  2. Enter bank credit and debit transactions from the previous day into the system before 10 AM the following day.

  3. Review and prepare VAT, PIT, CIT, and other tax declarations in compliance with current regulations.

  4. Monitor and manage tools, equipment, and fixed assets, ensuring quarterly inventory checks.

  5. Record payroll and insurance expenses for each period.

  6. Calculate inventory cost, allocate expenses, and determine final product costs at the end of each period.

  7. Compile data and verify all account balances to ensure accuracy between detailed ledgers and the general ledger.

  8. Perform end-of-period adjusting and closing entries.

  9. Prepare financial reports for the previous month by the 18th of the following month.

  10. Review and audit monthly data storage files, completing them by the 25th of the following month.

  11. Work closely with accounts payable accountants to review outstanding payables, ensuring system balances reflect actual transactions.

  12. Provide necessary financial data to banks and tax authorities upon request.

  13. Perform other tasks as assigned by management and the Board of Directors.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Gender & Age: Male/Female, 25-40 years old.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditing.

  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Language Skills: Not required.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
