1. Business strategy formulation and implementation:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a three-year business growth plan for the Vietnam market.
- Adjust business strategies according to market trends and competition dynamics to ensure growth in market share.
- Set and achieve annual business goals to ensure continued growth in revenue and profits.
2. Sales and market expansion:
- Lead the sales team to promote the sales and market penetration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners and distributors.
- Analyze market demand, formulate effective marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness.
3. Product Management and Innovation:
- Work closely with the headquarter product team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the Vietnamese market.
- Manage the product life cycle, from market research and product positioning to launch and promotion.
- Promote product innovation and propose improvements that are tailored to local market needs.
4. Team management and development
- Responsible for team building and management of Vietnam branch, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
- Develop a high performance team culture and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure that the professional capabilities of team members are consistent with the company's development needs.
5. Financial and operational management:
- Manage the branch's financial budget and cost control to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and compliant business processes.
- Report business progress and financial status to the headquarters regularly.
6. Brand building and marketing:
- Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to enhance the company’s brand influence in Vietnam.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand image to ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.
1. Education
- Bachelor degree or above; MBA degree is preferred.
2. Work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, product management or business operations in the ICT industry.
- Experience in brand management is preferred.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent market analysis and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively interact with clients, partners and internal teams.
- Financial management and budget control capabilities.
- Familiarity with Vietnam's market environment and ICT industry trends is preferred.
4. Language skills:
- Must be fluent in English & Vietnamese, can speak Chinese is a plus.
