Get to know the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, including project management, cross-functional team coordination, product development and rollout, and departmental support.

Day-to-Day Activities

● Generate innovative ideas and develop plans for project implementation.

● Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.

● Coordinate effectively with various teams from different departments to drive projects forward.

● Collaborate on product development, testing, and monitoring.

● Work with regional stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and drive the rollout process.

● Provide support to other departments as needed.

● Manage and contribute to Business Operations functions including:

- Cpmpany Benefits, Station, Airport & other Ops

- Vertical Compliance and Quality Assurance

- Regulatory Reporting and Partnership

Contract term: 8 months - signed contract with Talentnet

Location: PVI Building – Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8h30 - 17h30

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Must-have Requirements:

●      Bachelor’s degree 

●      Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Driver Management, or Operations Management.

●      Strong project management, cross-department communication, and stakeholder management skills.

●      Fluent in English

●      Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
