Participate in the hardware design of power electronic systems, including AC-DC circuits, power supplies, and EV/Bike chargers.
Design and develop power converter topologies and circuits for next-generation products.
Define and prepare test specifications, test plans, and detailed test reports.
Perform verification and validation of newly developed hardware designs.
Carry out testing, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with product development in power converters, AC-DC circuits, and EV charging systems.
Familiarity with power topologies such as PFC, LLC, Flyback, and other common converter types.
Experience in magnetic component design, including high- and low-frequency transformers and inductors.
Strong background in analog and digital circuit design.
Understanding of control loop design, stability analysis, and control systems for power electronics.
Knowledge of EMC standards, thermal management, magnetic design, and relevant safety compliance requirements.
Capable of performing circuit analysis including error budgets, sensitivity studies, and performance evaluation.
Experience in PCB design, including layout for manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
Good English, willing to go on business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in analog and digital circuit design, debugging, and validation.
Proficient in designing electronic circuits using Op-Amps, ADCs, and other analog/digital components.
Solid understanding of power components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, transformers, and high-capacity capacitors.
Hands-on experience with circuit design tools like Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle.
Skilled in prototyping, circuit validation, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiar with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
Comfortable using lab equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
